Prevention Specialist

Job Description:
Teton County Health Department is accepting applications for a Prevention Specialist. This position is up to 1.0 FTE, FT or PT depending on applicant preference. Duties include facilitating efforts of the Teton County CARES and implementing substance use prevention initiatives, and implementing chronic disease initiatives. Applicant must be a college graduate or equivalent. Experience in public health, project management, substance use prevention, youth development, or community organizing is preferred.
